The Lady Warriors traveled to Argos last night to take on the Dragons for their first conference road win this season. The junior varsity kicked off the night with an exciting 3 set win (17-25, 25-19, 15-12). The varsity followed with an exciting three set sweep (25-17, 25-23, 25-16). Although serving was a bit of a struggle for several Warriors last night, teammate Grace Roth stepped up in a big way to rattle of 27 service attempts, 13 of them ending as aces across the 3 sets. Roth also had 8 kills and career high 22 digs. Her confidence and leadership was exactly what the Warriors needed to spark a much needed victory. Other notable Warriors last night included Ava Malchow with 8 kills and 3 aces, Kylie Fisher with 9 digs, Audrey Dickinson with 8 digs and Abby Keller with 5 aces and 23 assists. The Warriors will take on Rochester at home Thursday for their Block Out Cancer Night.
